Sheela Khadka is the Team Leader for International Diploma in Computer Studies which is being offered by the college under NCC Education, UK affiliation. Armed with Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science, she is academically very sound and comes with a wealth of IT knowledge and teaching skills. She embarked her professional career as a Assistant Programme Coordinator/Lecturer for School of Software Technology, Kantipur City College. Afterwards, she joined Cosmos College of Management and Technology as Acting Principal/Head of Department of Computer Engineering and IT. She is constantly on the lookout for effective ways of programme delivery.
Siris Bhattarai is a faculty member. Mr. Bhattarai is a Master Degree Holder in .Net Distributed System Development from University of Hull, UK. He also holds Bachelor Degree in IT from Preston International College, UK. With an International teaching experience in Preston International College, UK he is well versed with British teaching methodologies. Professionally, he has worked for various IT companies in Kathmandu as an Application Developer. Currently, he is also involved with Siddhartha Bank as Senior Personnel in IT.
Bipin Bhattarai is a full time faculty on Networking, Hardware and Operating System. After completing Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mr. Bhattarai undertook a range of professional qualifications and trainings. These include CompTIA A+ hardware course and Red Hat Certified Engineering Course (RHCE). He holds professional certification on Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and is currently working his way towards Microsoft Certifed Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification. Professionally, he has worked as CCNA instructor in various training institute in Kathmandu. Mr. Bhattarai is committed to keeping abreast with the developments in Network, Hardware and Operating System.
Yogendra Ghimire is a faculty member for “Communication For Business”. Mr. Ghimire is an academician currently pursuing Mphil in English from Tribhuvan University. He already holds Bachelors and Masters degree in English. In quest of academic excellence, he has continued his postgraduate level study in other subjects like Political Science and Education and those degrees are in completion stage. He is passionate about teaching English and communication skills to our students.
Nandeshwor Kumar Sah is a faulty member of the college. He is Master degree holder in Computer Application from New Horizon College of Engineering, Bangalore India. He also holds a Bsc in Computer science from Hindustan Academy of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Bangalore. He has wide range of work experience in IT sector including being a Software Development Engineer and Member of Technical Team in Sun Microsystems in Bangalore. On top of that, he has taught in various institutes in Kathmandu. At the moment, he is involved with Javra Software as Software Developer.
Bigyan Shrestha is the Managing Director of Softwarica College of IT and E-Commerce. With an extensive experience in educational consulting for seven years, Mr. Shrestha is essentially a software developer and has worked in this sector for three years. He holds a Diploma in Software Engineering and as an avid learner, he currently is seeking professional qualification in management at postgraduate level. He has wide range of international exposure which includes attending seminars and workshops in the UK and Australia. With diverse qualifications and experience in education sector as well as in management, Mr. Shrestha is an executive who believes in educational excellence based on practical approach.
Binod Shrestha is the Director of Softwarica College of IT and E-Commerce. He is a graduate in management from Tribhuvan University. He brings wealth of experience in foreign education sector from his involvement with Choice Maker Education Consultancy as a Managing Director for many years. Having undergone various trainings in management and education consultancy sectors, he oversees various management aspects of the college.
Pramod Poudel is the Coordinator of Softwarica College of IT and E-Commerce. Mr. Poudel has undertaken both graduate and post graduate level studies from the UK. He has an extensive exposure in Marketing, Human Resources and Administration both in the UK and Nepal. His strength lies in academic brilliance which is reflected by Distinction on his MBA from Heriott Watt University, UK. He has travelled extensively across Europe and Asia and is well familiar with international culture and education. He is committed to take Softwarica College of IT and E-Commerce to a new height.
Amrit Thapa is the Business Development Manager of the College. Mr. Thapa has an international work experience in Sales and Customer Care. His local experience includes working as a Marketing Director for IT Web Developer Enterprises. He was also involved in education consulting sector as a Counselor and Business Relations Manager. He is currently pursuing professional qualification in Commercial Management at postgraduate level from Institute of Commercial Management, UK. Mr. Thapa is actively involved in the quest of innovative marketing tools for college promotion.
Sabina Shakya is a librarian of the college. She has over four year of professional working experience as a counselor in various educational consultancies in Kathmandu. She is a graduate in Arts and is currently pursuing Masters Degree in Arts from Tribhuvan University. Her professional qualification includes Computer Diploma from NIIT Institute. She is keen on finding innovative ways to manage a well equipped college library.
Rekha Kapali is an examination officer of the college. She is a graduate in Arts from Tribhuvan University. She was involved in the Tourism industry for seven months before joining Choice Making education consultancy as an Administrative Officer. She is versatile and innovative and also helps out in other activities of the college. She loves challenges and is eager to learn new things.
